Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting data from various sources into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Timely and accurately updating databases, spreadsheets, and other records, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
  • Performing routine data checks to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues, and reporting them to supervisors.
  • Assisting with organizing and categorizing documents and data for easier access, ensuring efficient data management.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Performing other administrative duties as needed, supporting the smooth operation of our team.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in office administration is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Fast typing speed and good familiarity with basic data entry software.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to new software and tools quickly.

Experience

While previous experience is not required, we welcome candidates with experience in administrative or office roles, as well as those with basic experience with data entry or related tasks. This is an entry-level position, and we're committed to providing training and development resources to help you grow and succeed in your career.

Working Hours

This is a part-time, remote position, with flexible hours of approximately 15-25 hours per week. You'll have the ability to work in the evenings or weekends, depending on your individual availability and workload.
