Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing documents electronically and ensuring proper classification
  • Making outbound calls to doctor's offices as needed
  • Sorting, imaging, and archiving documents by form type
  • Verifying data from automated data extraction tools
  • Ensuring timely transmission of processed data to appropriate parties
  • Complying with all company policies and standards
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate through application software
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams)
