Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Assistant / Typist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team by processing and entering data into our computer system or database with accuracy and efficiency. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with our procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Process substantial amounts of case information accurately, in a timely manner, and in accordance with arenaflex's procedures.

  • Enter all complaints and citations filed by the police and the public into the statewide computer database.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all matters, adhering to arenaflex's strict confidentiality policies.
  • Post payments, issue receipts, balance money daily, and make bank deposits as required.
  • Manage payment plans and process monthly bookkeeping reports and data, issue and print checks accurately.
  • Log events and transactions such as applications, telephone messages, hearing dates, and decisions on cases.
  • Perform receptionist duties by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and process incoming mail, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Keep inventory of office supplies and make orders as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor, supporting the team's goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • One year of technical typing experience, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in related areas performing secretarial or general office work in an office with considerable public contact.
  • Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training that demonstrates the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, including Google.

  • Knowledge, skill, and/or experience in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies or willingness to receive training in those strategies.
  • US and Canada resident only.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Medical insurance, with coverage beginning on the first of the month following the first full 30 days of full-time employment.
  • Vision and prescription coverage, with contributions varying subject to collective bargaining agreement.
