About the Role
As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Manager – Cybersecurity Questionnaire Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales process by completing cybersecurity questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our customers' networks remain secure, and our devices are authorized to operate on their systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Monitoring incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA) and prioritizing them with internal business leaders
- Extracting information from the archive of past questionnaires to ensure that our responses are informed and accurate
- Coordinating final review with internal subject matter experts to ensure that our responses meet the highest standards
- Recording progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA) to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of our progress
- Completing additional data entry tasks as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Maintaining all required corporate training up to date, ensuring that you remain current with the latest procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology

- Solicit input from subject matter experts as needed to answer questions and ensure that our responses are accurate and informed
- Complete data entry tasks accurately and with exceptional attention to detail, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence

- Work on problems of limited scope, learning on purpose while gaining experience and developing your skills

- Establish stable relationships with internal stakeholders, including subject matter experts and business leaders
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Technical skills:
+ Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel + Proficient with remote work tools, including MS Teams and MS Outlook + Experience with JIRA issue tracking software
