Job Summary

As a Data Entry & Error Checking Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for transferring information from scanned document images into our database through data entry, auditing, and searching. This is a fully remote, part-time position that requires a minimum of 20 hours per week availability. Work is on-call and available on a project-to-project basis, with daily hours that are very flexible.

Key Responsibilities

* Transfer information from scanned document images into our database through data entry, auditing, and searching

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing thorough error checking and quality control
  • Utilize our web-based platform to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain focus and productivity in an independent/remote work setting
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, data processing, or a related field
  • Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in an independent/remote work setting
  • Proficiency in web-based platforms and computer software
  • Reliable access to a computer and a strong internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data processing software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
