Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Driving sales and revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations
- Building productive relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, using computer systems and software to track sales and customer interactions
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A friendly and energetic personality, with a customer-focused approach
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Comfortable using computer systems and software, with basic typing skills
- High motivation and a strong desire to learn and grow, with experience in sales and customer service a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing situations
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous experience at The UPS Store or similar retail environments
- Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher
- Retail experience, with a proven track record of sales and customer service success
- Certified Notary Public (Preferred)
