Job Summary

As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, navigating complex customer interactions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every client interaction is a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing personalized solutions to meet their goals
  • Navigate multiple systems and platforms to gather relevant information and resolve complex issues
  • Document calls and interactions accurately, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and stored securely
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education is preferred

  • Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
  • Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility to accommodate business needs
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, secure, distraction-free work area
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Proficiency navigating multiple systems at once (CRM, Policy/admin platforms, knowledge base, etc.) and documenting during/after calls

  • Demonstrated success working in an omni-channel environment (phone + email/chat) and documenting calls in real-time with high accuracy
  • Strong documentation skills with clear case notes that enable handoffs without rework
  • Typing/data entry speed and accuracy while maintaining call quality
  • Exposure to continuous-improvement practices (Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent); track record of proposing or piloting process improvements that reduced After Call Work (ACW) or rework
