Job Summary

As a vital part of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries efficiently, accurately, and professionally, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of care and quality that Chewy is known for. You will be the face of arenaflex and Chewy, providing top-notch support to customers via phone, chat, or email, and working collaboratively with team members and managers to achieve performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a prompt and courteous manner, providing support regarding orders, shipping, returns, product details, and account information.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Chewy's products, policies, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in the system with accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team members and managers.
  • Uphold customer satisfaction and brand reputation through high-quality service delivery, adhering to arenaflex's and Chewy's standards of excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and managers to achieve performance goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and tools simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or support-related role (call center, retail, or remote work experience preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, pet care, or order fulfillment environments is a plus.

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and troubleshooting, with the ability to adapt quickly to change in fast-paced environments.
  • Capable of handling sensitive customer concerns with professionalism and confidentiality, and a team player mindset with a proactive approach to work.
