Job Responsibilities:

As an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to both English and Spanish speaking customers via phone or email
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Logging results in our ticketing system and escalating when necessary
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner as necessary

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A High School Diploma, GED or greater
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (fluency is required)
  • At least 6 months of experience in technical support, call center, or help desk environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
  • Familiarity with CCH Pro Systems fx and CCH Access Tax (a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Equipment Requirements:

To perform this role, you will need to have:

  • A Windows 11 PC with a minimum Intel Core i3 processor
  • High-speed internet (50-100 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload)
  • A cell phone
  • A wired connection via Ethernet cable
  • Compatibility with our required software (Chromebooks and MacBooks are not compatible)
