What You’ll Do (Opportunities Within Our Organization) Depending on experience and alignment, physicians could step into the following roles:

• Collaborating Physician / Supervision Physician (for NPs and PAs)
• Fractional Medical Directorship
• Compliance Advisor

What You Should Bring

• MD or DO with broad licensure across multiple U.S. states (ideally 10–20+ states; near-50-state licensure is ideal, but not strictly required). At minimum, an active license in Puerto Rico.
• Comfort collaborating with NPs/PAs.
• Board certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to high-quality clinical care.
