  • Educational Background: High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Professional Experience: One or more years of relevant work experience
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. We provide schedules with four weeks' advance notice, giving you plenty of time to plan your personal life around your work commitments.
  • Availability: Openness to picking up additional shifts during peak periods, including summer months, the November through December holiday season, and peak vacation periods. This flexibility allows you to earn additional income while gaining invaluable experience.
  • Positive Mindset: A naturally positive attitude that influences those around you
  • Self-Motivation: The drive to take initiative and accomplish tasks without constant supervision
  • Growth Orientation: A genuine willingness to continuously learn, improve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
