Windmill Wellness Ranch LLC Therapist (Master's level): INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT (IOP) THERAPIST Canyon Lake, TX Position available: Intensive Outpatient Program Therapist (Hybrid Role). This position conducts hybrid IOP groups in the evenings. Carries an IOP caseload. Ability to come to property for training and conducting groups. About Windmill: Windmill Wellness Ranch is recognized by the State of Texas as a COSPD (co-occurring psychiatric disorders) inpatient and outpatient treatment center specializing in trauma therapies, substance use disorders and mental health serving patients from all over the United States. Our treatment approach focuses on addressing underlying issues instead of relying on a "band-aid" fix. Healing the body, mind and spirit requires specialty and highly educated staff trained to deal with the core issue, which is never the substance that is being abused. Our mission is to improve the physical, spiritual and emotional health of the individual and their family through an integrated healing system including the latest technologies, group support, nursing, psychiatry, and intensive therapy. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual, group, and family therapy services in a dynamic treatment setting. This role requires a strong ability to document client progress, facilitate various therapy groups, and work effectively within a team to support clients on their path to recovery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Facilitate process, psychoeducational, and didactic therapy groups.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical and ethical guidelines.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications: Required:

  • Active Texas license as an LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient, IOP, or inpatient setting.
  • Ability to maintain accurate chart records and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to provide health and TB clearance and pass a background check.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with addiction and dual-diagnosis clients.
  • Experience facilitating various groups.
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, couples, and families impacted by substance use disorders.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: This role involves sitting, standing, walking, driving, lifting to 20 lbs, and engaging in verbal and written communication. Carries an outpatient caseload. Ability to come to property for training and observing groups.   • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, evaluations and interviews to identify client needs and formulate diagnoses.
