Personal & Creative Assistant – Independent Music Artist

Hey there! I’m an independent R&B music artist looking for a proactive and organized assistant to support me a few hours weekly. This role is a combination of personal life management and music career support, so you’ll be helping me keep my life and music organized, running smoothly, and on track. Responsibilities include: - Managing communication with videographers, editors, collaborators, and assistants - Coordinating studio sessions, rehearsals, and music release timelines - Assisting with content creation and posting on TikTok and Instagram - Supporting fan engagement and growth strategies - Organizing personal life tasks: errands, returns, grocery shopping, appointments, and reminders - Light research (exclusive music platforms, networking events, travel stays, etc.) - Maintaining calendars, resources, and task organization - General support to ensure I have protected time for sleep, focus, and creative work Preferred Skills: - Experience in personal assistance, social media, and administrative tasks - Strong organization and time management skills - Familiarity with the music industry is a plus - Video editing or content creation skills are a bonus - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently What You’ll Get: - Part-time position (5–10 hrs/week) with potential to expand - Opportunity to work closely with a growing music artist and gain experience in the music industry - Flexible role where you make a real impact on both professional and personal life If you’re proactive, organized, and passionate about helping someone grow personally and professionally, apply with your relevant experience!
