Remote Online Notary - (11-8pm PT)

This is a remote position with flexible hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Join us in our mission to make notarization easier and more accessible for everyone. Perform remote online notary services for clients in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure all notarized documents are completed correctly. Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any concerns or questions they may have. Stay up-to-date on notary laws and regulations to ensure all notary services are performed in compliance with state and federal requirements. Utilize remote notary technology and software to complete notary transactions. Maintain confidentiality and security of all notarized documents and client information. Educate clients on the benefits of remote online notary services and assist in the onboarding process. Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline the notary process. Act as a brand ambassador for First American by promoting our mission of making notarization easier and more accessible. Communicate effectively with clients and team members through various communication channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing. Maintain accurate records of all notary transactions and provide regular reports to management. Continuously strive to improve notary services and provide innovative solutions to make the process more efficient. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting with flexible hours.
