Our client is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Director of Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts on a fully remote basis. This executive role is critical in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, building robust pipelines, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and leveraging technology to optimize the hiring process. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the recruitment team, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and attract the best candidates.
