Position Overview We are hiring a Remote Client Coordinator to handle inbound calls, texts, and inquiries from potential clients and schedule consultations for our training programs. This is not a sales-heavy role—your primary responsibility is to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and book qualified consultations. Schedule
- Full-time position (relatively flexible on times of day for the right candidate)
- Some flexibility required based on call volume
Compensation
- $12-14 per hour (based on experience)
- $25–$50 bonus for each consultation that converts into a training program
- Good portion of time is spent "on-call" without active tasks to complete, but the expectation of answering calls as they come in
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and messages promptly through an app tied to the company (no personal phone number usage required)
- Respond to new leads and inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedule consultations using our booking system (Time To Pet)
- Gather basic client and dog information
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and bookings
- Follow up with leads as needed to confirm appointments
- Ensure a high show-rate for scheduled consultations
- Assist trainers with scheduling, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as necessary
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (phone and text)
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Highly reliable and responsive
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic tech skills (CRM, scheduling tools, texting platforms)
- Prior customer service or appointment setting experience preferred
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required (this is NOT a sales position).

- Has an interest in dogs or the pet industry (a plus, not required)
