Manager, Marketing - Distribution Overview: Paramount US Distribution drives domestic content distribution strategy, connecting Paramount's portfolio of broadcast, cable, and streaming brands with audiences nationwide. Our Marketing team delivers business impact through partner engagement, brand positioning, and strategic communications that reinforce the value of Paramount's world-class content portfolio. The Marketing Manager's key role is to support Paramount US Distribution's marketing team. Their role is to help drive Paramount's distributor revenue and work with its partners. They enhance excitement for Paramount's brands, products, and programs. They demonstrate the worth of Paramount's content to partners such as cable, satellite, phone companies, online video platforms, and digital services. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute distributor-specific marketing promotions across all Pay TV and Streaming partners supporting partner goals and delivering significant value for Paramount.
  • Work collaboratively with different teams at Paramount, such as those at the Paramount brand and Paramount Streaming.
  • Lead and participate in distributor client meetings, actively contributing to the development and sell-in of marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Manage Paramount brands' message, image, and presence in partner campaigns and materials, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Maintain and evolve marketing resources, including programming calendars, creative assets, promotion trackers, campaign overviews, and distributor-facing platforms (e.g., Paramount Partners website).
  • Manage budgets and timelines for all marketing projects, ensuring capability and effective execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 4+ years of full-time professional marketing experience; preferably in media, entertainment, or technology.
  • Experience in brand management, multi-platform marketing, and insight of the television and digital ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate data and insights into compelling marketing narratives and actionable plans.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing and presenting across multiple levels and functions.
  • Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and a motivated person; able to work solo and collaboratively.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technology platforms and processes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hiring Salary Range: $85,000.00 - 100,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
