Call Center Representative (Thursday -Monday 2pm to 11pm)

About the position As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with clients, providing information, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving client concerns. The shift is Thursday – Monday, 2pm to 11pm and starts at $16/hr. TCS also provides shift premiums for weekend and evening shifts. Initial training will be conducted onsite and will transition to hybrid work. For this reason, candidates should be local to the greater Memphis area. By providing exceptional customer service and support, you will maintain positive relationships with our clients, contributing to increased client satisfaction and retention. We’ve brought together leading experts from the fuel card industry with an average of 20+ years of experience each to build a world-class business service from scratch. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, resolve client issues, answer questions, and relay product functionality in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Route calls to appropriate resource, if needed.
• Set up new accounts in our internal system.
• Assist customers in our client-facing portal.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Telephone Etiquette
• Experience in at least one of the following: customer service role, role in the transportation or financial industry.

Nice-to-haves

• Call center experience.
• Microsoft Office
• Some college or equivalent experience.
