Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing affiliation oversight and accountability to the Dispatch and Alliance Planning and Standards teams
• Collaborating with NOC Division Trailblazers to ensure organizing and standards targets are met
• Collaborating with partners to ensure NOC Preparation and Rules practices are implemented and accessible to other department organizing and standards drives
• Ensuring all readiness, rules, and sponsorship practices are consistent with Government Rules, Association strategy, and scale Battling Blueprints (CBAs)
• Creating an explicit vision for organizing, leading, decision-making, and sponsorship as it fits within the NOC departmental targets
• Creating, sponsoring, and advancing a certified culture that obliges unparalleled execution, high affirmation, bearableness, speculation, and congruity among serious and fun exercises
• Guiding, mentoring, and leading the execution of supervisors and providing reliable responsibility/ongoing development of direct reports
• Grasping and exploring nuances of working with a workforce covered under a CBA
• Attending government and industry social gatherings as required
• Performing other work liabilities as worked with by Delegate's Managers Data, Cutoff points, and Limits
• Star data on basic CFRs, OpSpecs, and FAA Mentioning 8900.1 as indicated by dispatch, flight attempts, and rational control
• Data on all NOC Divisional limits
• Data on all NOC thing applications
• Data on the Southwest Transporters Manual plan
• Data on business and the board norms pulled in with fundamental readiness, resource tasks, HR showing up, Authority system, creation strategies, and coordination of People and resources
