Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Managing all new employee records, including terminations, salary increases, and direct deposits
• Reviewing and verifying source reports and financial statements for accuracy
• Resolving issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing manual checks as required
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data entry and financial processing
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word
• Experience with Ultipro is an asset, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business or finance

• Experience in payroll processing and financial analysis
• Certification in data entry or financial processing
• Proficiency in other software applications, such as QuickBooks or SAP
