Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing orders, including verifying order details and updating inventory levels
- Accurately and efficiently entering data into our warehouse management system
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, orders, and shipments
- Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues with orders or inventory
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by management
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse or data entry environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move heavy objects (150+ pounds) with assistance or through bundle lift
- Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
