Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face and voice of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, providing product and service information, and promoting arenaflex's offerings to drive business growth. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
