Job Summary

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. You will utilize compliant documentation standards, provide empathetic and member-centric service, and exceed our members' expectations. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity for candidates in the PST/CST/MST time zone, with a competitive pay range and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts

• Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely documentation of member interactions
• Provide empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations and ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide seamless service to our members
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends to provide informed and accurate service to our members

Essential Qualifications

* Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate, with a strong understanding of the importance of patient-centered care

• Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
• High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
• Or, equivalent military experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

• Minimum: $17.00
• Maximum: $27.16

Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
