Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with a range of complex inquiries related to financial products and services, including 401K and investment plans.
• Providing expert guidance and support to help customers make informed decisions about their financial needs.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily goals and objectives, and contributing to a positive and productive team culture.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for customers across the U.S. seeking to make changes to their life insurance or retirement plans.
• Supporting customers as they navigate complex decisions that impact their financial future.
• Providing complete and detailed solutions to ensure first-call resolution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Working independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Knowledge

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software, including CRM systems and other relevant tools.
• Ability to understand general aspects of plan/contract and utilize technology to enhance conversations with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Education and Experience

We are looking for individuals with:

• An Associate's degree in a relevant field, with a Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• One year of experience in customer service, sales-related occupations, or a related field.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
