The Role

As a Senior Data Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data analytics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC methodology
• Developing and maintaining robust data models to support data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Designing and implementing big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
• Providing guidance on optimizing data ecosystems to drive efficiency in computing programs
• Developing and implementing software program programs, testing, and building automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for our VOC methodology

• Develop and maintain robust data models to support data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Design and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python)
• Provide guidance on optimizing data ecosystems to drive efficiency in computing programs
• Develop and implement software program programs, testing, and building automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence
• Strong understanding of data analytics and statistical concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
• Experience with data governance and data quality management
