Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting client achievement and resolving complex client issues related to financial products and services through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Performing routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Routinely receiving guidance from management, escalating questions, and referring more complex issues to senior staff.
  • Conducting analysis to determine complex client issues, including collaborating with other departments for issue resolution.
  • Working with experienced agents on complex issues and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Being responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff members.
  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Required Capabilities:

* 3+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing client needs or resolving client issues, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work history, training, military experience, or education.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and management in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to find information.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and precision.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new business processes and systems.

Preferred Capabilities:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Familiarity with financial products and services, including credit cards, loans, and investment products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
