Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist & Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Input and extraction of data from various Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Product Creation: Creation of products viewed online by customers for purchase, including research of product details to ensure compliance with brand requirements.
  • Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries by answering emails and taking calls to provide excellent customer service, resolving errors on digital marketplaces, and reviewing, organizing, and selecting images for new products.
  • Content Creation: Writing product descriptions using SEO best practices and conducting keyword research to optimize our online content.
  • Data Analysis: Reviewing and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
