Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information and assistance, handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, and assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service-related issues. You'll also be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, promotions, and company policies, as well as performing data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information and assistance

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service-related issues
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, promotions, and company policies
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
• Utilize sales techniques to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
• Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems

• Sales experience is a plus
