Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving member queries on the first call, and offering personalized solutions to simplify their healthcare experience
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and governmental compliance

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and answer member queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide clear and concise information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Offer personalized solutions to help members navigate their pharmacy benefit plans
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex member queries and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and governmental compliance

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience working in a Call Center environment or Healthcare related field

  • 6 months of work-from-home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Med Assistant) a plus

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
