Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing arenaflex's data entry techniques and processes to enter patient and medication information into our system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Handling patient medication requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing prescription data, including deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Settling all data entry-related issues, including special cases, and resolving patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed.
• Acquiring a dynamic professional license or certification within the first 90 days and maintaining a valid license or certification.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online

• Basic web search skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser + Typing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

• Basic keyboarding skills (25 WPM or higher)
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least one year of retail pharmacy experience in a call center or customer service environment

• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a valid state license or certification
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (35 WPM or higher)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
