Job Summary

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group to identify measurable patterns and performance metrics that drive business growth and improvement. You'll analyze complex data, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders, using your expertise to inform business decisions and drive process enhancements. This is a remote opportunity, with flexible work arrangements and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components

• Help create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders
• Assist in examining ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities
• Present insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding
• Assist in creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements
• Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group
• Assess effectiveness of processes and procedures by observing for patterns and errors
• Ensure that a compliance outlook is at the forefront of every decision
• May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, computer science, business administration)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software
• Strong understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies, with experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and data modeling
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., data science, business analytics, computer science)

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or similar software
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
