Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development of data analysis and visualization tools to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of data analysis and visualization tools to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
- Design and implement data models and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders
- Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure business performance
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, with a focus on business intelligence and analytics
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with data governance and quality processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
