Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll play a vital role in our operations, managing a wide range of transaction types within the Customer Communications Unit Que, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team. Your daily tasks will involve:

• Managing a variety of transaction types (totaling 31) with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established processes
• Handling tasks such as creating value quotes, processing policy status letters, updating beneficiaries, and managing settlement options
• Reviewing referrals and ensuring all data is in good order for processing, occasionally requiring outreach to other departments for escalated cases
• Assisting with premium management, including processing changes, suspending premiums, and managing tax withholdings
• Utilizing Salesforce for transactions and ensuring all work is pulled from the platform

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

• Salesforce and life insurance experience are advantageous, but not required
• The ability to follow processes and identify areas for improvement
