With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across various industries, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs
• Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
• Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design, and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating routine tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Operating closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product proprietors for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Certification in data science or a related field
