Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Processing purchase orders based on daily and monthly receipt measurements.
- Collaborating with Project Administrators to obtain updates on open requests.
- Working with the A/P Office to address upcoming invoices.
- Contacting suppliers for information regarding Purchase Request.
- Creating and updating the open purchase orders report daily to provide visibility on the status of orders.
- Allocating team responsibility based on the open purchase report.
- Updating and managing the getting and open purchase request metric figure out succeed sheet.
- Sending accounting directors a monthly report based on office performance.
- Updating and managing the execution improvement log.
- Accommodating unvouchered receipts.
Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required; Four-year degree preferred.
- Two to five years of experience in data entry or purchasing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills required.
- Meticulous and a high level of self-motivation.
- Ability to work in a safe and professional manner, complying with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, State, and Government guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Excel experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Full-time, on-site position.
