Our expertise spans research, design, and production of high-quality powder cores, ferrite cores, and tape wound cores. These critical components power essential applications including chokes, inductors, filters, transformers, and power supply components used across diverse sectors such as alternative energy, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), telecommunications, aerospace, military, medical devices, and advanced electronics systems. What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure professional and efficient customer contact with our Sales Department, covering all aspects of the customer service lifecycle from first contact through order completion. This position offers variety and the opportunity to develop expertise in a specialized technical field.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Communication: Provide customers with accurate pricing and delivery information, responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Order Management: Create and process customer quotations and orders in our enterprise resource planning system (IFS), maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process.
  • Documentation: Send customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices in a timely manner, ensuring all documentation meets arenaflex's high standards.
  • Order Expediting: Expedite customer orders and handle customer concerns professionally, resolving issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field from an accredited institution.

  • Proficient computer experience, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of order processing and documentation.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help customers and resolve their concerns effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly IFS, is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience working with international customers, including understanding of cross-cultural communication and global shipping logistics.
  • Familiarity with the electronics manufacturing industry or technical B2B sales environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting with exposure to precision components.
  • Basic understanding of magnetic components and their applications in electronic systems.
