Key Responsibilities:

As a Hybrid Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Interacting with internal departments, producers, and brokers to provide exceptional application support
• Determining issues, offering possible solutions, and providing follow-up as needed
• Handling inbound, outbound, and combination customer service calls with ease
• Providing basic technical support to customers
• Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Making informed decisions, achieving the right results, and demonstrating a commitment to team and departmental goals
• Working independently and in a team environment to complete assignments in a timely manner
• Managing multiple priorities within strict time constraints
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry skills

Essential Qualifications:

* Strong customer service skills, including oral and written communication

• Some experience in a customer service environment (preferably in the insurance industry)
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Property and Casualty experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to make informed decisions and achieve the right results
• Excellent data entry skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Outlook and Teams experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center environment

• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and regulations
• Ability to work any shift between 8am and 6pm EST, Monday to Friday, based on business need
