Our team is at the forefront of arenaflex's gaming strategy, working closely with our game studio partners to design and implement data pipelines that drive business outcomes.
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Games DSE team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines that handle structured and unstructured data, collaborating with our game studio partners to develop high-level metrics for games, and working closely with our internal game studios and external partners to ingest relevant data and game information into the arenaflex ecosystem.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement efficient, scalable, and adaptable data pipelines to handle large datasets
- Develop a deep understanding of the emerging games space at arenaflex
- Collaborate with our game studio partners to develop high-level metrics for games (e.g., maintenance, etc.)
- Partner with Netflix's internal game studios (Night School, Next Games, Manager Battle, and Agile Fox) to ingest pertinent data and game information into the arenaflex ecosystem
- Collaborate with the Netflix SDK team and external game partners (e.g., Gameloft) to collect data through the Netflix Games SDK
- Join a dynamic team of data engineers with diverse skill sets, working closely with data science and engineering partners to drive business outcomes
About You
* You're passionate about building robust data products and have a strong understanding of data engineering principles
- You have extensive experience in at least one of Java, Python, or Scala, with a minimum of 2 years of programming or data engineering experience
- You're proficient in advanced SQL and have experience designing data pipelines using big data technologies (Hive, Voila, Flash, Flink) on medium to large-scale datasets
- You're familiar with AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, RDS, etc.) and have experience working with cloud-based data platforms
- You're skilled at taking requirements and designing adaptable data models and pipelines
