The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and online chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the ordering process and addressing any concerns they may have. Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Responsibilities

* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials.

• Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
• Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping.
• Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries.
• Assist customers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

+ High school graduation or its equivalent + Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries + Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders + Exceptional communication skills, including the capacity to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs + Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities + Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings + A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy + Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service + A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

+ Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian
