Position Overview

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer support to our passengers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information on our services, policies, and promotions. You'll also assist passengers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and general travel-related questions, resolving customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements
