Job Summary

As a Customer Care Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over calls to resolve their queries and concerns. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to ensure that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide customers with information on products, services, and offers

• Take calls from customers and engage in outbound calling to resolve their queries
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
• Take customer calls and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Work closely with the team to understand customer needs and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Ability to take 80-100 calls per day
• Flexible to work rotational shift timings of 9 hours
• Ability to work from home or office, with flexible timings
• 1 week off on a rotational basis, with no leaves for the first 3 months
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM
• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role
• Ability to travel independently, with no transportation allowance

Education

* Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree)

• 0-11 months of work experience considered as Freshers
• Experience only in BPO will be considered
• Above 12 months must provide Relieving letters and Payslips
