Key Responsibilities:

* Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners

  • Type data into our database from paper documents provided directly from customers
  • Enter data into a proprietary web application
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

* Must be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection

  • No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management principles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

* 1+ years of experience as a data entry clerk or in a related field

  • Advanced understanding of databases and data management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Experience with data entry software and tools
