Position Overview TeamZak is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, entering, and maintaining company data while ensuring that records are accurate, organized, and up to date. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and capable of handling administrative tasks related to data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
  • Review documents and records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records
  • Monitor and correct data discrepancies when identified
  • Assist in generating reports and compiling information for internal teams
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
  • Support administrative tasks related to data management
  • Follow company procedures and data management standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or similar software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
