Job Description
- Oversee full project lifecycle for MDCPS renovations, additions, and capital improvement work.
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and district stakeholders.
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
- Maintain compliance with MDCPS standards, permitting requirements, and district protocols.
- Lead project meetings and communicate updates to internal teams and MDCPS personnel.
- Provide onsite leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and highquality execution.
- Manage daily field operations, subcontractor performance, and logistics.
- Enforce jobsite safety, OSHA requirements, and MDCPS safety protocols.

- Proven experience in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
