Part-Time Google Ads / PPC Specialist - Remote Side Hustle
About the Role
We're a growing recruiting firm looking for an experienced Google Ads/PPC professional to join us part-time. This is a flexible side hustle opportunity to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns remotely. Great pay for the right fit, with strong potential to grow into a full-time position / Corporate Leadership role as our needs expand.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, performance max, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and A/B testing
- Monitor performance metrics, improve Quality Score, and reduce CPC
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to drive better ROI
- Collaborate remotely on campaign strategy and scaling
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing Google Ads/PPC campaigns (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, conversion tracking, and analytics
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours (10–20 hours/week to start)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bonus: Experience with recruiting or service-based industries
