We are a patient-centered, outcome-driven, small, privately-owned hearing healthcare practice located in OR, WA, and ID, with over 40 years of combined experience, committed to meeting the health needs of patients and their families. We are seeking driven, self-motivated, and compassionate Audiologists or Hearing Instrument Specialists to join our team. Whether you’re looking for a full-time or part-time role, you’ll have the flexibility to create your own schedule within office working hours, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Job Types & Compensation Starting at approximately $90,000 annually, with a base of $55,000 to $75,000, plus competitive profit-sharing compensation. Successful providers in this region consistently earn more than six figures after their first year. Both Part-Time and Full-Time Roles are available. Relocation and Sign-On Bonus Relocation assistance up to $10,000 may be offered to qualified candidates who need to relocate for this position, depending on the circumstances. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting, conducting repairs to hearing aids, ear molds and cleaning of hearing aids.
  • Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories. Maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio, coach and educate patients on hearing aid devices.
  • Ability to operate audiometric equipment and to interpret the results.
  • Ability to communicate test results and interpret and propose treatment in a manner easily understood by patients. Communication is key!
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest audiology research, technology, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements
  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred) or state licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused approach.
  • Experience with hearing aids, diagnostic tools, and audiology software preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Schedule

  • Office hours 9am to 5pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Travel to satellite location is optional
