Blue Yonder Job Title: Sr. Product Marketing Manager Sr. Industry Marketing Manager – CPG Sr. Industry Marketing Manager – CPG & Grocery Synonymous Job Title: Sr. Marketing Manager Location: Dallas or Scottsdale - Remote from within 50 miles of either city Overview: Blue Yonder is looking for a creative and dynamic product marketer with a passion for supply chain management and a deep expertise across CPG and Grocery to help Blue Yonder accelerate its leadership in supply chain transformation. This is a high-impact, highly visible role responsible for helping Blue Yonder grow our leadership position in end-to-end supply chain management across both retail and manufacturing. Scope: In this role, you will work closely with peers in marketing, product management, consulting, and sales to create the messaging and content that ensures new and existing customers, as well as our field sellers, understand how we improve the speed and efficiency of multi-enterprise planning and global execution to empower superior business outcomes and customer experiences. What you will do:

• Work with product leaders to translate new product capabilities into outcome-oriented messaging and content used in sales, awareness and demand generation.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on CPG and Grocery supply chains in marketing, supporting sales and creating or repurposing content to be purpose fit for customer discussions.
• Partner with sales and industry leaders to build outcome oriented messaging and content that helps supply chain leaders understand our value across Food & Beverage, regional grocery and mass merchandise, and much more
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product and marketing to drive CPG and Grocery-specific / tuned programs and promotions that increase engagement.
• Evaluate opportunities to take share and deposition competitors, working with competitive intelligence, sales and partners.
• Partner with marketing and product teams on the scripts and visual demonstrations used at events for showcasing the value of Blue Yonder in CPG, Grocery, and Retail overall.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing or a high-tech field, MBA/master’s preferred
• 5+ years of marketing experience
• 3+ years of experience in CPG and / or Grocery marketing experience or equivalent time marketing at a grocery or CPG company
• Experience of and understanding of supply chain software and its unique impact for retail supply chains
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business audiences in simple, compelling English
• Proven track record partnering with and leading cross-functional teams to plan and execute product launches as well as go-to-market programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products
• Experience defining and measuring how industry marketing efforts support business goals
• Strong internal communicator and collaborator

------------------------------------------- The annual salary range for this position is: $104,669.00 - $151,665.00 USD The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
