Sr Associate - Multimedia & e-Learning Developer
Riveron India is seeking an experienced Multimedia & eLearning Developer – L&D. This role combines visual design expertise with technical eLearning development to produce high-quality learning assets and interactive courses.
Who You Are
You are an expert of Graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
You have advanced knowledge of eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate)
You have excellent skill in animation and motion design
You have strong knowledge of UI/UX principles for learning
You are good at Visual storytelling
You have SCORM knowledge
What You’ll Do
Design visual assets for training including infographics, icons, illustrations, and slide templates.
Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools.
Own the end-to-end build of eLearning courses from storyboard to fully functional courses.
Design engaging UI/UX for learning modules.
Create animations, motion graphics, and multimedia elements.
Ensure brand consistency across all learning materials.
Optimize courses for LMS delivery and mobile compatibility.
Balance visual design quality with rapid course development to support scalable learning delivery.
Develop and deliver high-quality learning assets across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in Graphic Design & eLearning Development
Portfolio demonstrating eLearning work
Experience in multimedia learning production
