  • Provide visible oversight of facilities, construction, and maintenance activities, proactively addressing risks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, accessibility, and appearance.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison among internal Massport teams, TSA, bus operators, airline staff, State Police, and external stakeholders to coordinate communication, planning, and operational improvements.
  • Work independently to exercise sound judgment and lead responses to irregular operations and emergencies, resolving issues across stakeholders while prioritizing safety, continuity, and customer experience.

What you offer

  • Five (5) years of experience required in an airport terminal environment, airline, related aviation setting, or similar operation.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory position or highly autonomous role.
  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent operational experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, coordinate across multiple groups, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
