Lead Narrative Designer

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute compelling stories and narrative arcs for upcoming titles. • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the story and narrative vision is effectively communicated. • Manage the narrative team, ensuring that deadlines and goals are met. • Utilize a keen eye for detail to identify and address narrative inconsistencies. • Remain up-to-date on industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to inform story and narrative decisions. • Work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a commitment to excellence. • Create and implement engaging narrative content that meets the expectations of both stakeholders and players. • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other departments.
